Reception staff always helpful. Doctors are great. Would highly recommend anyone looking for new GP to come here
They make me feel unwelcome and wishing that never need their service ( sorry for getting ill )
An absolute shambles of a medical centre. Ram packed in the waiting room, with a high number of mothers with small children and elderly people without a seat. Took at the very least 2 hours for anyone to get seen. My wife and I were told we couldn't get an emergency appointment in the afternoon anymore, that we would have to phone in the morning at 8:30. Come 8:31 none are available. We have just had a new born and she required urgent care for a problem that had occurred. The midwives say you must see your gp and the doctors say you have to see your midwife. Nonetheless we waited 2 and half hours and had to walk out in the end because the baby needed to be fed. A disgrace of a system. And yo too it all off the receptionist staff are among the most unpleasant and rude I have ever experienced. You're greeting sick people at the end of the day. Let's try and be a bit more pleasant. Overall an absolute terrible experience.
Good doctors and prompt reactions.
Excellent doctors fast times and friendly staff!
