The worst gp!!!!Receptionists have terrible attitude. Doctors are not helpful at all. I have a 10 month old baby, who has a chest infection. I had to beg the receptionist to give her an appointment. 1st she said that there are no appointments and then somehow 2 became available. They do think they own the place. The doctor checked my baby who had also an attitude with my husband not sure why and said that her symptoms are not yet an infection so she will be not giving anything and just to leave it and wait what happens. Absolutely ridiculous so I need to wait when the infection kicks in and than rather then treat it now. I have just called up again to be seen as my Little one was chocking all night due to her severe coughing and she has lost her voice. Very disappointed this service is supposed to be here for the public and accommodate people with appointments however they just want to get rid of you. Appointments are never available even though when you go to the gp no one is there and doctors spend less than 5 min with you. I will be definitely changing my gp

Don't expect any basic patient care when it comes to Dr Sajive Bansal. He's so rude and just doesn't want to know, instead he wants to get rid of you as quickly as possible. He is also the GP trainer at the practice - if that's the best one to train new GPs then they don't stand a chance.

Unable to send appointments to both parents of a child. Quite inflexible. Got the prescription wrong as well.

One very rude receptionist has lied to me on more than one occasion. When I registered my new baby daughter at the surgery I dropped off the form, went home to feed her then rang up to make her an appointment & was asked very rudely and unecesserily by said receptionist why I hadnt booked when I was there. Then I was sent a letter to confirm her first immunisations only to be told by the same receptionist that I didnt need to call (the letter clearly said I did) and told me just to go along to clinic! but she then all of a sudden found my daughters appointment after asking for her name. Same receptionist rang me to say I hadnt registered her when she had been to see a dr 3 times already and I had been sent a letter of confirmation. What used to be a brilliant go surgery is now a complete shambles & the reception needs retraining.

If you phone up, it will be a nightmare. Today i have waited for 46 minutes on hold and never moved from position 3 in the queue! They say call early afternoon but this happened at half past 1 and again at half past 2.Apart from that this a quite a nice doctors to go to. They are efficient and professional. The receptionists were especially lovely - once i got to the front of the queue! The car park outside is very small, maybe 4 spaces, so try to plan elsewhere to park - just in case. Good luck! I hope you don't have to wait too long!
