I have nothing good to say about this surgery. Worst surgery I ever been. Get an appointment is 3-4weeks.... Waiting on the reception or phone is min 1hr. No enough stuff....
Phoned Doctors at 8am got appointment for 9 Couldn't see my own doctor but was seen. If you are ill then you see anyone who will help. Can't fault this
Somebody has to look into the massive staffing issue. If you call for an appointment, it takes 40min to get through if youre lucky. If you pop in to the surgery, you get to wait at least 40min. Staff is under pressure and its so unfair on patients. You can not appreciate the new building under these circumstances.
Nice new building, but not enough Doctors to cover the people it serves.
Was very impressed with the reception staff, let the lady at reception know I was worried about a lump that had appeared above my eyebrow, I was given an emergency appointment that day, came back saw a lady doctor, sorry can not remember her name, she put me at ease that it was nothing to worry about after she examined me, so grateful for her understanding. Although the surgery is cramped moving soon. I find the staff helpful, friendly and professional.
