It's a park. Mark Hall burned down in 1949 and instead of preserving the original layout, the then 'Development Corporation' decided to turn it into a municipal development. Lots of grass.

Nice open green space to walk Boz. Also has swings for children in an enclosed area (where children should be! ) just kidding.
