Nice place to walk the dog. Looks like it was once a really nice park, but now fallen into disrepair. Was covered in litter as well.

I see this place as my place, i like the solitude and view over harlow town. Also, its good for dog walking, and contemplating the aching meaningles of life. So don't go there.

Nice for dog walking, but don't take your 4yr old son there with a telescope to stargaze after dark or you'll get the cops knocking at your door when you get home to ask if you took a little girl with a scooter up the hill with the intention of performing unsavoury acts.
