Pleasant venue where we held an international church conference. Very friendly Staff. Good value for money too.
The receptionist was very good. Checked in quickly and easily. No problems in the section. The room was greaat as well, very clean and tidy. Everything else in the room functioned properly and there was no problems
All was good, comfy, reception was helpful. There was gym, smim,sauna, jacuzzi and steam free to use. The only inconvenience phone was not working and TV needs to be replaced with newer ones
I've been here many times, mostly for a city escape from landlord.Very pleasant stay, comfortable, clean and Great Spa/Gym Food and the Bar is a good touch too. Highly recommended
+ Bed was clean and bed quality is OK+ Bathroom was fine, little dated but approachable (Rusty rails and shower curtains needs changing)+ Water seems to be softened, soap is different to typical hotels (Dove)+ location is easy to get onto motorway- Curtains didnt really block light, were in November... not a challenging task- Walls and windows were thin, from 5am it sounds like you are on the M25 commuteIn need of a refurbFor reference, I am comparing to the typical holiday inn or premier inns one may stay for lay over etc
