Waited 15 mins to get served in the bar , then found out sold out of beer , only lager available. No ice in the bar available 1 hour b4 last orders ! Room fine and bed the best I have slept in.
Lovely country pub enjoyed my evening with the lady, busy but no long waiting friendly service. Also restaurant + bar food and sports on TV. Worth a visit.

The food is lovely but service is very slow. I don't think this is down to the waiting staff. I sensed that the kitchen was short-staffed.You'll have a great meal as long as you're not in a rush. Perfect for a boozy Sunday lunch really.
Fed up! I go there all the time. They've trimmed staff to the bone. So much so the poor girl tasked with welcoming diners sent us back to the waiting area when we found our own table. Nice staff but profit is placed before people #sameoldstory
