This shop refused to serve a friend of mine because of the colour of his skin. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
this company deserves a zero star rating after the store manager intentionally misleads me into paying for Jewellery for my 16 year wedding anniversary and pointing to shop policy which was placed in a corner of the shop (not easily noticeable for a customers who enters the shop facing the counter), telling me it was not her duty to inform me of their store policy (even though she knew that as a man I was unsure if my wife would like the Jewellery or not).
Received excellent service from both staff in the Harlow store on 28th February . Found them very helpful. Would also commend the way they dealt with a particularly objectionable customer with great professionalism. Thank you.
