Do you like being insulted when go shopping then come here! I was shopping for a birthday present with my 11 year old son, empty shop totally ignored. When I found something I asked the assistant Hayley to help. Basically it was too much effort for her. When she looked for the set to sell she could not find one, finding an alternative one (more expensive) was clearly too much effort, when I purchased one she slung it in a bag with the receipt without a word. When you are spending a fair amount of money in a store I expect them to be polite. I was outside the shop to she her pointed and laughed at both my son and I, as if she was proud of her bad service. I picked her up on not being rude to customers and she shouted back something I could not hear. She does not do this shop or brand any favours.
