Good wing chuna lessons but the gym is really cold at this time of year.

Was here for a Strongman event so didn't get to use the gym but had a look around and has everything you would need.

This is the best gym I have trained at. Great equipment, great vibe and great people. There is also excellent personal training available with Enzo. I highly recommend this Gym.
