Great little place very good for people with disabilities or injuries definitely recommend it's good for making new friends too

It's great and I wish I'd found it sooner. I'm 67 and have been ill for years so as you can imagine, I'm not in the best shape. I'm beginning to feel the benefits after just 6 sessions. Everyone is friendly and helpful and you don't feel you have to dress up for it. The price is affordable too.
