Worst surgery going... trying to tell me my sons asthma attack ( hes 5 ) was a minor illness !
Went to register as a patient. Reception staff were so obnoxious and rude that I walked straight back out and joined another GP in Nazeing where the two ladies on reception were so helpful and friendly.
The receptionists.... worst humans going. The cheek to laugh at the fact I cant get an appointment. Telling me I was lucky to tet 1 last week. Had Xray results amd asked to see my DR and told 6 week wait unless i call on day. Aparently the DR osnt there before 4pm.... wprst surgery I have ever beem apart off....
New to this surgery, and Dr A Ipakchi was wonderful at making me feel, very comfortable and at ease. Receptionists on both occasions seemed friendly and helpful.
The two times I've phoned for an appointment I've been sent to other surgeries. Then when I asked for more medication another time, the receptionist told me I couldn't until I've seen the doctor, who then booked me in over a week late. This has left me now having complications thanks to a receptionist who thought she knew best. I wish it wasn't my local surgery to be honest.
