I've only been with this sugery bout month and if i know any other best sugery in harlow I would change to new one asap as this one is very rude and saying I can't speak English well i can as I'm English person also there very racists towards certain people and they got problem of how many kids you have also don't feel comfortable as not racists but there none English doctor or nurses .
I was trying to book appointment. They told me I'm not registered in this surgery! It's very rude because if it's emergency you have right to see GP.
Called at 8am for appointment. Spoke to very helpful person on reception, said appointment team would call back to arrange, received call less than 30 mins later and had appointment same day. Have been with this surgery a few years now and never had any issues. Always see a different doctor hence 4 stars but understand its rare to have a set GP that knows your history etc due to high demand of appointments. Over all very good service and staff polite and friendly. No complaints.
Receptionist staff are better than the male doctors. Can't fault the female doctors though. The doctor in charge of this place is a disgrace. Receptionists are polite. I'm glad I'm no longer there. If you have to see a doctor see the female one currently there.
Would give it none if I could. Constantly fobbed off, not able to get an appointment when doing all ehat they told me I have to do. Receptionists cut over you when speaking also
