An honest garage offering a great service to its customers at an affordable price, nothing is too much trouble and they always go that extra mile to help their customers out. Usually I can find fault with most garages but not with harlow motors. I will always use them from now on as I don't feel ripped off when I come out of there. I think the person in the earlier post who complained about the customer service must have been using a differet garage, Keep up the good work.

I always have a really good experience at Harlow Motors - I take my car there anytime it needs any work done and am always impressed by the service and happy with the cost. I just had my spark plugs changed and initially I didnt know what needed doing. When I called they were able to see my car in on the day I called, run all the tests/diagnostics and work out what needed repairing letting me know that afternoon. I now have my car back and will definitely return to Harlow Motors for any future work!
