Very poor customer service throughout, would avoid at all costs. Even returning calls is hit and miss, sometimes good mostly poor. Job incomplete and im stuck with having to go to another garage and pay out again. You always get what you pay for in the end, better off going to a proper dealership.
Didn't give me any written confirmation of the work that was going to be undertaken and when I went to pick the car up most of the work wasn't done, they said it wasn't in the price quoted
Now trading under Nationwide. Had my car repaired here, staff are rude and unprofessional. Gave me a dirty courtesy car with no fuel in it then threatened to charge me a cleaning fee when they collected it. I wouldn't use this place again if you paid me!
