Staff at the Autocentre were fine and friendly, just a shame they were being let down by the parts department, who let them and I down badly! Staffing levels could be improved too, as that would help the centre a lot, but seems like it won't be until after they have moved premises, but they are losing customers due to this!
Having booked and paid for an MOT online 6 days in advance, I received a phone call the night before the appointment to inform me that the Halfords booking system doesn't work properly and they wouldn't be able to honor my appointment. The manager who was very nice admitted he has to let down customers on a daily basis and doesn't understand why their system allows bookings to be made after their center closes. I now have to contact customer services to arrange a refund. This is not acceptable, this was the last weekend prior to the expiry of my MOT and I have had to make more expensive alternative arrangements.
Took my car in for Service/Mot Manager Justin was so friendly & helpful explained about how long they needed my car for. Excellent service, The Mechanic was Roger who did a brilliant job, so professional, they couldnt do enough. Highly recommended. Definitely a ***** Star rating. Both a credit to your company.
These chaps are great put my van throw a MOT they are very kind knowledgeable and relaxed. My van failed 1st time but with there help I got it throw the 2nd time and did not try to just make out of me. if only all mot places where like this. Justin & Jason thanks
Excellent service & knowledge. Kept me up to date with the progress of my car. Welcoming and friendly members of staff. Nothing seemed to much trouble. Efficient and excellent value for money. Definitely recommend to anyone.
