Booked a service for a Seat Leon... took around 3 hours while I waited in the showroom (got some work done... they have comfy chairs, WiFi and free coffee!). Car came back washed and actually driving noticeably better... which makes a change. Didn't push me to buy a load of extra services. I'll stick with these guys in the future.
