Very friendly atmosphere. Staff where really nice. Coffee perfect. Plenty of seating and no rushing I was able to enjoy my latte and not feel pressured to move. Recommended. Merry Xmas ladies. Thank you
I'd previously written a good review for this coffee shop but the last few times I've visited I've had a terrible experience. The crockery was dirty and the coffee was awful. They are clearly using very low grade beans and on top of that it is badly made. I've since discovered that the business was sold and the new owners decided to heavily cut back on costs. It shows. No wonder the Costa opposite is suddenly far busier.
Normally I pop in and love it. Today was another story the lady serving was really nice but when our drinks came they were roughly placed down with no ''here you go' or acknowledgment. Everyone seemed tense not wanting to be there drinks were not the usual standard and presentation. I will be double thinking of going back.
