Why tell me to collect my bike next morning if you're not even going to open? If you want your bike done fast, don't use this guy.

Inexperienced staff went in for advice and left with a broken bike
Bit dissapointed as i brought my bike in for service sat the 25th november midday and was told it would be ready that afternoon. After a polite phone call i was told it would be ready sunday and would be called. It is now 6pm sunday evening no phone call or no bike which i needed for my commute to work. Very dissapointed.
The shop is owner is very nice and if you want a nice bike in Harlow I think wheel power is the right place
