Manger claire????? made my visit worth it!!!! , she stopped having lunch just to help ME , either you're paying her well or shes just passionate about life to take the time to make someones elses days a lot smoother ,i think the second choice suits this day and age Thanks to her i was able to make my appointment and i'm going to work with brand new base layers to keep me warn, so thank you Claire & you only , seems like you knew more than all your colleagues working that day.

Nice friendly staff. Bought an 800 bike and they forgot to fit reflectors and set the gears prior to my leaving with the bike! I did get properly set up for correct riding position on a turbo trainer though. They fitted my peddles and didn't give me my cleats! I have to return to get these issues sorted.
Excellent knowledgeable staff were on hand to deal with my queries on the new 200 air tent. Will return to this store to purchase. Very good shopping experience. I was a offered a demo setting up the new tent. Very happy.
