Kept my gorgeous boy going and improving through all of his illness. Amazing nursing and reception staff as well. Their compassion and care is above and beyond. They really understand that your pet is family. Genuine , approachable.
Not a very nice experience at all, I've been a couple of times now, and will never go back, the staff are very insensitive , i was looking after my friends dog, and had to rush her to kews, she wasn't breathing right, the vet said she had a sore throat, and the poor dog died in the night, I'm sorry but it seems all about money with these vets, & not about the animals.R.I.P.
I have only received excellent service from reception team to care from veterinary nurses and vets themselves.
Two words: FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!My pug needed a C-section for giving birth. KewVets has been brilliant and very helpful. Also, they picked up my calls in akward hours (like 2am/5am) and given us good assistance about the mummy and puppy (Vet Nora, nurses Ria & Sonia have been great and very helpful!). I am 100% satisfied with service provided in this critical time!
Kew is a fine vet. The younger members of the team don't quite do as well as him but are still very good.They have always been there when I needed them and have done right by my animals.
