They work with some of the rock bottom landlords one of their landlord threaten me as a tenant! Apart from their regular property inspection(every 3 months) you won't see them much! They treat tenants not fairly. I would strongly avoid them at all cost. If I could I would give them 0 star!

I'm renting property from guardian for few years, always I was looking after it like my own one but poor plumbing service which one they are providing brought to my family horrible accident. Thanks to God no ones been hurt but in last seconds my wife took out our sleeping baby from master bedroom where ceiling collapsed.... That story could finished dramatically... BE AWARE
Great help when I was purchasing a property from them. Very helpful and always got back in touch via email or phone in good time. When I was having some serious issues with my solicitor, they were very helpful and providing good information. They also ensure that with the issues with my solicitor they ensured that the sellers solicitors were all ready for the exchange. Josephine and Paul especially were excellent!!
