I sent a parcel with Potter St p/o , and asummed it would be sent that day as I went there at 12.08 . I tried to track my parcel to find out it wasn't sent until the following day. So if your parcel is urgent don't use potter st p/o .

As someone who never has a clue about anything post office related I have always found the staff helpful in here. My parcels always seem to get to where they should which has not always been my experience elsewhere! Not once have they tried to sell me anything that I don't need either.
I have just tried to post a parcel and the lady said they were closed. It is not even half past yet!!!!!! Very angry
