Worst bnb ever uncomfy bed,terrible food,rubbish view,it took ages to check in to my room the staff were extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest the man on the front desk took my luggage which I did not receive till the end of my visit the only positive was the free taxi service to the bnb but even the driver of the cab was aggressive and rude still what can you expect for the price
I called the property office today to enquire about a passport that had been lost and the officer who dealt with it was wonderful. He took his time, he was exceedingly polite and he looked in every conceivable department to try and locate it.I was impressed with his patience, his professionalism and his thoroughness.Police forces throughout England and Wales could do with more officers like him. Thank you once again, officer. I wish I could have remembered to ask your name or badge number so that your superiors would become aware of the good work you're doing.
