This is one of the worst pharmacy's I have had to go to. My dr told me the prescription would be ready in a couple of hours in the morning so I went by at lunch time - not in stock so they ordered it for the next day. So then I took another day off from work so I could go back the next day. I went back today after waiting 15mins for them to agonizingly search for my name and overhearing them realize they forgot to order it and then ordering it there and then they then fobbed me off and said the doctor had sent it late so it still was not in stock. I was standing right there so could hear them discussing their screw up and what to say to me. The medicine I need is time sensitive and so even if I do get it tomorrow - after having to take yet another day off work - I will now have to wait another month before I can take it.They are the worst pharmacy I have been to and I have used many. I do not know how it could be so difficult!! I will now search for another and take my prescriptions there myself!

I have never had a problem with metwest until now. This is the 2nd month that i have not received my prescription and when i phoned to check i was told they had only just got it but the Dr's sent it to them 7 days ago!!! They investigated it and found they had a problem with their computer. This is all well and good but I'm a diabetic and can't afford this to happen so I have had to remove metwest from collecting the prescription.
Staff so kind and helpful, had to come in on 27/7, straight from the doctors, the pharmacist and staff were understanding made me feel less anxious. Thank you everyone, a lot could learn from your business skills.
