Very nice library good for internet access and good range of books.
no space/ desk/ tables available for quiet study which should be basic in any library
No kids activities. such as Chelmsford have. No accessible toilet
Love the new features, such as the kinetic bike kiosk to charge your phone or laptop, and the coffee bar and tables. Feels like the service is making a good attempt at keeping up with people's changing attitudes towards library. Staff are really helpful. Overall a good place to study or just chill out of the huddle and bussle of the town centre.
One of the sources of my personal development. Though I don't always find the books what I want. Because, most of them are related to Entrepreneurship and very new. Fortunately ,I can borrow from British Library and others through Harlow library that saves me every month. Staffs are amazing, really helpful. Cosy place to study.Thanks a lot for your help.
