Am actually panicking now after reading all this negative reviews . Just bought a warranty which I thought would be a piece of mind and my car just broke down,they recommended Halfords and when I rang Halfords the guy at the end of the phone said dont waste your time they wont pay out......this company must be very bad. Am gonna have fix this car my self and cancel the policy
First repair took 4 months to get someone out, they didn't supply the technician with the photos or details I had uploaded on the app , I was away, wife gave him the keys didn't know what to do so he didn't do the repair.... Just made a second claim to get him back to fix the problem and I have a date in 3 months time !! That's a total of 7 months for a repair ,what a service .
Great service! Mobile repairs to minor paint work ie stone chips. If they can't repair your car they'll reimburse you for the repair (up to a certain amount) and the work must be done by a recommend bodyshop. The money is paid into your account, I'm a happy customer!
Recently had to have some pretty extensive work carried out for a fault on my car, which when I bought it, came with a warranty. The work was costly and needed to be carried out sooner rather than later, meaning I had to claim back the money after the work had been carried out and paid for. Claiming back for the repairs was super easy. The full amount of money of which was covered in the warranty was paid within 5 days of starting the claim. Customer Service on the phone were also very helpful. Would highly recommend.
