Can anyone give me number for this seller please?I bought dishwasher they should delivered it for me yesterday and no-one show up and the same today.That number on the poster is not working
I was so happy with this company I bought a cooker and a washing machine they delivered it the same day and was such an amazing price and I will be ordering from them again
After having a guarantee of delivery on Friday at 5pm, I waited in until 7pm but the fridge/freezer I purchased didnt arrive, and more importantly I did not receive a phone call to inform me. I called the number i was given in the shop but it was unobtainable. Having paid cash for the item because they insisted their card machine was not working, I now obviously had some very serious concerns.I went to the shop 1st thing Saturday morning and spoke to the same person. He didnt offer an apology or explanation but did give me a guarantee of 8am-9am on Monday. I asked that if there is a problem he contact me.Monday 9am came and went and no phone call. I called a mobile number I had been given and was told he would be an hour because he was stuck in traffic but didnt know where, although he was following his sat at. Again no phone call as agreed. This happened a further 3 times before they arrived around lunch time.He brought the fridge into the house whilst arguing on his phone the whole time. He offered a quick apology before leaving the house, still on his phone. No hello, no goodbyeAppalling customer service and I will never use them again
Very good customer service. Amazing prices are highly recommend. I bought a cooker fridge freezer and a washing machine and they gave me a great package deal. They delivered all the same day and installed for me
we brought two appliances one a fridge and the other a cooker which are fine and in perfect condition but when brought we paid for delivery and installation.....delivery was nearly two hours late after the agreed time and they didnt bring the wire to connect the cooker to the mains supply and neither the driver or the drivers mate were qualified to connect it up to the mains all in all the shop was fine when they wanted your money but after that the customer service is terrible wont be using again
