Very poor customer service.... Very disappointing experienceNot surprised there are only 14 reviews
On two occasions my partner has tried to have his hair cut at Eden but funny enough he has been refused both times. They always have a sign outside offering walk ins so why is a gentleman who happens to be a little older than your average customer, walks with crutches due to hip replacement and is overweight refused. He obviously doesnt meet your dynamic but he is still in need of a hair cut. Well you have definitely lost my custom. I had my hair done here a few times but found the salon to be very cliquey. Such a shame. You really should look after all your customers whatever age, shape or colour. Just because youre local doesnt mean we have to use you. There is a place in Newhall that is very welcoming.

Went in for a trim. Lovely atmosphere and delightful staff! I will absolutely be going back.
