absolute joke! Worst customer experience ever! Been waiting a month for a mattress which was going to take a week to come in..(which they then denied being said!). Never kept in contact apart from one call when they thought it had arrived but actually hadn't! Was @definitely coming in today' and guess what??? NO CALL and STILL NO MATRESS!!! AVOID!! Don't part with your money.... Going to get refund tomorrow...
We purchased a mattress from the store over the may bank holiday we first went in on saturday and the sales rep MARTIN was so helpful and we did our homework to make sure we was getting the mattress which would suit our needs so far great store we then returned on the Monday to purchase the mattress we were chased round the store by a very push sales lady and we said which as MARTIN 5 * salesmen had dealt with us we asked for him to do the sale The sales woman with the blonde hair then got very abrupt about it and we were told it is a often issue We were rd it would be ready within 4 weeks but it toke 5 weeks My husband went to collect it and got Mrs attitude to deal with the collection and when my husband wanted to turn the mattress over to make sure that there was no damage he got told "there is no damage it came off the lorry and was placed in the container so you not need to check it " but he still turned it around and got another moan about it so what should have been a 5 * review for Martin and the manager of the store was ruined by the wonderful Mrs attitude 0* And my Sealy active ortho posture firm mattress is lovely 5*
Was told it would take two weeks to get our chosen curtains. We had to pay a deposit. 2 weeks later we chased them up, no news. The next day got a phone call to say they couldn't get them. Why did it take so long for them to discover that it had been discontinued and they had none in stock.
awful customer service have been waiting a month now for my mattress delivery and twice I have phoned just be told they have to delay it further due to issues...but no one can let the customer know! Not acceptable at all and the store don't even know where the items are coming from as I even offered to pick it up, they didn't have a clue. Was told they don't keep track of any orders once its ordered, ridiculous way to run a company! steer clear.
Wonderful helpful staff. Lovely range and my dream blinds are looking stunning. Was quoted a 3 week wait for my custom fit blinds but they came in 8 days. Super
