Paid 40 for funeral sheaf which would have been stretching it at 25.However, when I said I was not happy, the shop immediately refunded half the cost which was very fair
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Called them at very short notice asking for a delivery of a bunch of flowers to a friend in need at 09:30 and by 12:00 the same day the flowers had been delivered. I was cautious as I called over the phone to order them so couldn't pick an arrangement myself and had trust they would make something beautiful and it was a beautiful arrangement! Would highly recommend to others.
