i Purchased a mi-pro wireless speaker pa system which became faulty after 6 months. I returned this at my own expense, no refund offered, and was sent another unit. After 6 months this unit has also become faulty. My initial reasonable customer service has been replaced with very poor. No phone calls returned, poor attitude from staff and yet again the cost of return down to myself. I have asked for a refund but have been advised that even though the system itself is only 6 months old we are outside the original warranty period. They have the ability for goodwill, however, Im not expecting any with their attitude so far. I would highly suggest avoiding this company, im not even convinced the replacement I received was new!
