Jamie is a star! My emersion had gone and was tripping out my electrics so I was ringing around because one guy was charging a stupid amount. Jamie is honest and talked about the options of cheaper parts compared to the more expensive without trying to push me to spend more money unnecessarily and answered my questions honestly about the pros and cons. He saw something in my plumbing work and realised the tank should be running off my boiler and wasn't so got a plumber friend, Dean, to come around and have a look. With a bit of fiddling with the valve in the loft to get it going again they got it working without having to replace anything. I can't thank them enough. Not only did I not have to pay for the emersion, they have saved me money on my monthly bills too. Can't recommend them enough.
