Bought an outdoor winter top as a Xmas present. Does not fit. Was not told of the cut off date to return if not suitable. Yes it's on receipt but did not check. Was told today I can not return it or exchange for another size as the 28 days has expired even though I have the receipt. They need to extend the returns policy over the Xmas period to the end of January like other stores do. By the way if you have lost your receipt don't worry they check up on you by looking back into your transactions to make sure you've not stolen it. I for one will not shop there again and will be telling all my family and friends to do the same.
Excellent shop, very impressed throughout the whole store upstairs and down. Great variety, sells everything! Only thing I found frustrating was a lot of stock had no prices! Especially pet food/toys. Otherwise fantastic shop! Love it! Xmas aisles were absolutely brilliant! Defo recommend! A*!
A varied and interesting store with reasonable prices. Decorative items for temporary makeovers. Perhaps trying to do too much. Staff spread thinly.
I could get lost in this place. And spend more than my hubby would like. Very good value. And the staff are very helpful
