The worst experience we have ever had by a mile!!!! My wife booked to get her braces fitted 10 weeks ago with a dentist named Kati. Kati is the most unprofessional healthcare professional I have ever met. She is unbelievably unorganised where she called my wife in on a number of occasions to photograph her teeth using her iPhone as she didnt capture the right shot first or second time round, to then calling her back in for her mounds to be fitted to then calling her again as she had forgot to take an x- ray to then finally ringing her the night before her appointment at 5.30pm to say that the braces havent been ordered in time & that she couldnt fit thn braces. When asking for our 800 deposit back she refused as she said it was out of her control. She then back tracked and said she had be trying to contact America where the braces were ordered from & wasnt getting a response. She claimed she did not have their contact number & emailed them on numerous occasions. This was all lies!!! Who doesnt have a contact number of their suppliers that they use in a regular basis??? Rediculous!!! Kati then went on to say that my appointment for my braces was intact the following week and that the braces should have arrived in time for then. Another lie! She then stated that the original appointment was to watch a video of the braces being fitted .... what for 2 whole hours???? The reception was equally as rude & wouldnt give my wife her deposit back. Once my wife told me what an awful experience she had at the dentist & how they lied to her & ropped her off her l deposit I went down there and demanded the whole 800 deposit back in full.... in which they finally gave in. Anyone looking to get any cosmetic dental work done DO NOT GO WITH KATI... god only knows how she got a job in the first place! The reception team also need to be retrained in customer service as their manour was as equally as disgusting!!!
Absolutely terrified of the dentist and had every reason to be - very unprofessional!!!!
I have been using the clinic for 8 years and I have reached my limit. Lack of communication between receptionist and dentist is out of order. Very poor quality of service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I have been going to this dentist for about 3 years and have finally decided enough is enough. They are obsessed with money and refuse to do treatments that youre entitled to in the NHS - root canals etc. They insist that you pay privately. Both of my last 2 dentists here have informed me that I need numerous root canals, teeth extracted and implants and yet on next visit theyve forgotten what teeth theyve said need this and have then said that they just need fillings. In the end I decided to go to a different dentist and ALL of the teeth have been saved with just fillings! Money grabbers!
I used the clinic for the first time and remained dissatisfied. The quality of the dental work at the lower level.It is better to spend more money and go to a private dentist.
