I was shocked by how I was treated. I went there to top up my electricity, arrived there a little past half past ten, definitely no where near eleven. The door was shut already. I knocked on the door politely three times. The staff definitely saw me, giggling, I can hear them talking 'once those customers were let in, you never know long they going to spend'. Nobody bothered to answer, or even let me know they are closed (and close before they claim they should). I stood in the snow for 5 minutes and they were laughing 'She is (making gestures of crazy)...she will leave'. So this is how a customer was treated. Very helpful.
The staff used to be so lovely in here, but not any more. The only nice one is the young girl with long curly hair. She's the only one who smiles now.
Staff are always in a rush, chuck your stuff aside and call next customer over as you struggle to pack bags. Staff even play with mobile phones at the checkout as they are serving you, needs some serious re-training.

Most of the staff here are moody, lack any type of customer service skills and are downright rude at times. Quite expensive. If it wasn't my nearest shop I wouldn't go here.
