Staff at Harlow are pretty lazy, unhelpful and unethical I had phoned to arrange a lift back to the town centre on more than 1 occasion. If you take a vehicle back when they are closing not 1 of 4/5 members of the staff would give me a lift.1was going to Bishop Stortford, 1 was going to Hertford, 1 was going to Loughton, 1 was going to Enfield! But none could go off route to drop me off at the Town centre!When the company pride themselves on picking you up and dropping you back. On the last occasion it was raining so I had to walk in the rain. Will not be using Harlow branch again Hertford are much better.
